It's up to 15 minutes with cooldown equal to time used.
So just pulse your timestop periodically for short amount of time. For example stop time for 0.25s every 0.25s.
You would move twice as fast and with short enough time not very noticeable. Could have the wait to sotp time again for slower speedup effect. But 2x is max.
