desu imo most of the people who post are very much average, the real uggos are mostly 2 afraid.
Just remind yourself daily that you're an uggo and that's okay. The only way it can fuck with you is if you let it. Take down all your mirrors, don't look at yourself unless you have to, establish a decent hygiene level. You'll feel much better about yourself fairly quickly, life is so draining when all you can focus on is how badly you lose the genetic lottery. Don't let normal-looking people have more of an upperhand than they already do.

You can slowly build your confidence back up. No guarantees on the self esteem but it's easy to just not think about it.
Once you become more carefree and confident your quality of life improves like 99%. There really is no reason to care what normal-looking people think of you, and very little reason to interact with them that often in this day and age. Once you kind of shield yourself away from the rest of the world for a while it becomes a lot easier to feel better about yourself. I notice that I tend to surge in confidence for a while and then crash when I'm in highly populated areas/surrounded by lots of prim and judgmental normies, so it's kind of something that MUST be avoided.
It's honestly just all playing a game of how much you can forget/ignore. There are lots of reasons to live, even beyond life partners desu. Even simple things like food or animals or video games.

Well if you're a man, physical attraction isn't really super important to a lot of women (especially women with really low libidos), so you'll probably be in luck just developing your level of confidence and looking for women as unattractive as you with similar lifestyles (implying you'd care/settle for one).

Practice by yourself at home so that you can feel more comfortable doing it.
Try to make it your goal to make people comfortable. 90% of people have anxiety/ are nervous as well, especially when confronting you and not knowing what to say. You're not ugly or fat enough to outright dismiss; people will care what you think about them. Try smiling and being welcoming.
Look up "how to be interesting" on youtube or whatever. Read up on ways to improve your personality. This is something that can change within a matter of hours from your local mindset, but will take a pretty long time to adapt to in the real world. Keep forcing yourself into awkward conversations, ESPECIALLY with people you know you won't be meeting again.
If you are about to move somewhere soon (college, university, living on your own), getting some practice out of the way NOW will help drastically.
Live like a pauper, and save up as much money as you can.
Research plastic surgery, find a surgeon who will make you look good. Shop around before you make your decision.
Money can fix anything you have wrong with you. The question is whether you want it enough to work for it.
