Why do girls claim to be like, soooo into fitness and working out, whenever I happen to bring up the subject (example, telling a girl I can't hang out because I have to go lift first)??
Like 99% of the bitches who tell me this have obviously not been in a gym in months.

girls just need to be slim and have tiny bit of muscle for for that defined/toned look. literally the hardest part for them is diet related.
guys have to eat like a monster and lift hard and consistently. both things take a lot more time more often.

I want to get /fit/ but I literally don't know how. I have virtually no muscle tone and very poor manual dexterity/awareness of my body. I'd probably injure myself lifting actual weights.
