There have been times in my life where I've gone up to a month without fapping, but it was largely due to depression both times. Even when I'm in a better state of mind I usually only do it 3-5 times a week.

It varies wildly from person to person, and where they are in life. I usually do once a day, sometimes more if I've got the time and desire, or I come across something really interesting. I'm NEET and single though, I'm sure normies do it much less frequently either due to less time for it via wagecuckery/hobbies, or having a gf/bf and staving it off for them.
