Recently tried a pesto gouda that works really well. Crumbled chorizo is hard to beat, but probably difficult to find. As far as vegetables go, banana peppers, chilled diced tomato, yellow and orange bell peppers. Red and green bell peppers might be too oily.

Also, goat cheese is fucking rank when heated.

Normal crust, normal amount of sauce. My toppings would be pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, onion, and green pepper. I can't stand pineapple, everything else I'm comfortable with.
