I'm gonna be having hard liquor for the first time tomorrow. I've had large amounts of wine and beer but never shots because I've always been paranoid about that shit

don't drink significantly more than 5 unless you're eating a lot in the meantime and over many hours.

drink a lot of water before you go to sleep (around a litre would be fine)
