I normally start drawing so that I can avoid looking around at others.

I just disassociate when i feel that way, its an extreme reaction but its a very common coping mechanism for all sorts of my problems.
That gloriois feel when your eyes glaze over, you shut down and you might as well be a million miles away

desu I try to avoid these situations but the few friends I have are Normie's that have wider circles of friends other than myself, so I end up being forced into them
