My favorite boss ever was 5'4. One of the hardest workers I ever knew and a perfectionist beyond reason. Dud scaffolding which is hard as fuck at that height but he did it better than most on the job. Never let it get him down. When ever he looked at you, it was as if he was a foot taller than you, the guy had presence. Also had a loving wife and two daughters, and was not all that handsome. Like, the guy made it in the world on character alone.
So if your height is getting you down you lack the character to overcome it. Of course, most people don't have that sort of willpower, I don't fault you that, but seriously it doesn't have to hold you back.
