I take Vyvanse, since Adderall isn't available in my country. In high school, it made me shoot up from being a below average student to being one of the best in the country; qualifying for a scholarship. Would highly recommend.

It definitely does make you more sociable and extremely confident. Sometimes when I take adderall I catch myself looking in the mirror for minutes at a time admiring myself. Usually when off it I just get depressed and self conscious around mirrors.
Adderall also makes you stronger physically, better muscle tone. This isn't verified but it also seems to make my skin tone darker and tanner which is nice.
You absolutely can work like a machine for hours and even days at a time. I've been awake as long as 72 hours on it before and I'm sure that if I took another pill I could keep going till I died.
Only negatives are considerable mental and physical discomfort if it wears off during the day. Also if you marathon it like I mentioned above you will get aches, have jaw pain due to clenching it all the time, and you may end up biting your mouth pretty bad, I've done that a few times. I suspect it's also pretty bad for your heart since your heart rate it up the whole time your on it. You also under eat and drink while your on it which I suspect could lead to malnourishment.
I think the best way to take it is once, perhaps twice per day to get you through the day when you're out in public and then once you're home take something else--Xanax, maybe just Benadryl--to calm you down and get you to bed. Staying on it long term will definitely fuck your shit up.

Method 1: Take it every other day/every day except weekends

-If you find yourself thinking "Should I take more?", the answer is always NO.
