I like it. It's definitely a stepping stone for me and something I won't be doing permanently. Nothing about working here has turned me off from fast food or any processed food like that. We keep a clean facility and practice safe handling. The only thing I think about is when I have to handle dough when I'm sweating. I know that it's a minuscule amount getting in to the dough and it will be burnt off in the fryer no problem, but I still get a weird feeling when the people watching me through the glass can see me dripping sweat on a busy day.

It is weird though to be doing something that everyone can see. I've lost a lot of weight so I'm starting to actually have a hint of pride in my body so being the focus of the people behind the glass isn't a big worry of mine anymore

What do I want to do? I want to own a hobby shop and just call it /tg/ - Traditional Games. Focus on making it a place to play more than buy stuff since I can't compete with online sales. Maybe like a build-a-bear for terrain or stuff.

M8 it's not a straight downward trend. I still have cycles of gaining all the weight I lost back on the weekend when I have too much free time and get back to gorging myself. As long as you realize you want to change you can start making the small steps to start that downward trend. There will be times when you stop, times when you hit speed bumps, and times when you go months eating like shit and gain it all back.

The special thing is that you realize you're flawed. Compare yourself to all these tublrites that can't even admit they have anything wrong with themselves. You have the self awareness that so many fat people lack and that's the first step on the road to recovery

I'm the same way. I see progress reports of people losing more than may in 6 months or something while I'm at years with still plenty to go. It was an overall lifestyle change for me and I didn't really have a set time or goal or any kind of deadline. I figured as long as I started a downward trend of weight loss I could have my (many) moments of weakness on the way and not feel bad about it.

It does suck sometimes. I'll have a really good week and notice clear facial gains, then some reason as soon as I get a few days off I'm right back on the pizza. Going in on a Monday with a fatter, bloaty looking face is shit

Thanks man and good luck. Not a fan of that routine, because it only hits each major muscle group once per week. If you're not on steroids, I don't think that's ideal. Abs you generally want to do every other day, some people even do them everyday.

Yea try to find a routine that hits them twice each week, except for legs which you can do once per week (if you're just about looking proportional and good). This will mean you're working out 5 days a week. If this is too much check out the ICF routine which is 3 days each week. It's fullbody and pretty damn hard, so you may need to modify it to fit any time restraints as well.

Thanks, I need to keep this in mind.

Weird thing is I can see that my body looks different (less of a gut, more muscle and defintion, etc.) but my measurements are pretty much all the same. Have only lost ~3kg and a few centimetres off my gut over a month.

I'm on fucking keto and do hectic endurance shit at least three times a week for 45 minutes, and walk two or three times in between. I expected this to go a lot faster.

First, no I wasn't on any 'gear', second, the 'gear' useful for my sport (primarily EPO) are not the drugs which help you get bigger and stronger. In fact, being able to lift a lot of weight isn't particularly helpful at all, but only slows you down by making you heavier without upping endurance. But I never touched steroids either way.

It's pretty clear you have no familiarity with the sporting world (bodybuilding isn't a sport btw)

An actual athlete would have a bias towards some area.

It's probably closest to realistic if they are a fighter or something that specifically requires a lot of upper body strength. But athletics is still a very wide field, and plenty of fighters still have fat over their muscle and are more builtfat.

Look up any real sportsperson in soccer, surfing, running, snowboard... They'll have a body like ottermode.

Even a contact sport such as rugby/american football will be more like builtfat or bearmode than "athletic".
