Both. I think in the back of everyone's mind, people should work toward a specific goal breeding wise. It has more to it than "We don't like brown skin," it's the thing that caused some to leave Africa and some to stay. Humans shouldn't just breed at random because of muh feels. Why do certain people from certain parts of the world exhibit empathy with one another more than others? It is more than appearance, or history, it's a matter of favoring emotional intelligence.
