Take something like a bukcet (maybe a small trash can in the bathroom) and fill it with water, but not so much it'll overflow the toilet. Dump the water from a decent height that can help break it up without splashing it everywhere.

You're lucky that it's dense and not dispersed in the water... that would be a nightmare.
Get some vinyl gloves if you have them. Get a trash bag. Pick up the poop and put it in the trash bag, along with your gloves. Wash your hands. Tie an actual knot in the garbage bag (so no smell or leaking). Throw that in your trashcan or just take it outside.
If the water level is pretty high, give it an hour and see if it drains at all.
Now get the plunger and work that shit. Quick, short motions. Like you're jerking it off. The water and everything should drain down eventually. Then just flush it.

OP I'm back, I was on break earlier but I got some time to reply. You'll just have to sneak a fork, knife or spoon and use it to disperse the shit. I know it's silverware, but it's that or humiliation. At least the water is draining, so what you do is fill the bowl with hot water. Post results, we're here for you
