What about paranoia? When I was a young teen and smoking pot with friends I'd convince myself I could hear people coming close and we were going to get caught, obviously I don't now.

I have been clinically diagnosed as depressive and autistic.
I think I've realized that I've been living my life on a delusional theme whether I like it or not.
I always have to have a "thing" or attitude/persona that I create for myself and use the delusional thoughts and ideas from that to decide what I do. I just stick on one thing it and controls everything, even if its irrational.
I live a meme that I create for myself, unconsciously.
