As long as you're not getting sick. Mass starvation usually involves keeping up with multivitamins and drinking plenty of water.

Only negative to lots of starvation is a lack of energy. Your body resists the change by dropping down your output.

Yeah it's fine, I've seen really fat people lose like 50lbs in 3 weeks and been okay.

The whole starvation mode is a myth, there is zero evidence to suggest that dropping your calories deficit lower will make your body stop burning fat, in face most evidence of people starving suggests the opposite.

I think it's just one of those things they say because they want the goyim to pay for gym membership for 3 years when instead of 1 year
