is just got in big trouble with the law
i am getting 2 years probation.
my life would be over as my chances of getting a good job are just about nil now.
however my mother is going to buy me a house so i feel my life is salvageable.
how do you feel about this?

reduced down from a felony. pretty much i had an extremely embarassing mental breakdown with psycotic delusions and got multiple assault convictions.
i have since isolated myself and basically have no friends now. i would be buying a house in a separate state and completely starting over

God damn. I trust you've talked to a lawyer about your mental health issues? Any chance of getting it expunged at sometime in the future?
That will suck for getting a job but hopefully you can find a place that's willing to hear you out at least. And a lot of places only ask if you've been convicted of a felony, which (if I understand properly) you haven't.

yes it is going through mental health court which is why i got probation. and correct they were charged as felonies but reduced to misdemeanors. so no felony convictions

it will be a 150,000 dollar house in northern idaho just a little back yard not really much to grow on.
my mother owns land worth maybe 2 mil and makes 100 k annually so she would buy the house and probably support me initially when i move there
