Will only eating less and better foods help weight loss?
I have no gym around me and it's dead winter. I only have a small belly that I got for eating junk the past 3 months but I don't want to end up obese (which runs in the family). Instead of hotpockets and chips I'm switching to yogurt and veggie burgers, and I'll only be drinking water and occasional diet tea.
Will that be enough? Should I throw in some light exercise that doesn't involve equipment (no money for a treadmill and shit)?
