Is it possible to lose 20kg (44 pounds circa) in 6\7 months? I am willing to really try to commit to it, but I'm also very aware I can't turn from eating-shit-all-day faggot to master-of-healthy-food master race in 2 seconds. I'd ask /fit/ but they always bully me on some sticky that's not really useful but fact is that I am most of all just curious if any anons had similar experiences. How did you handle it? I'd like to do some sport but currently just walking for 30 minutes kills my knees.
Pic slightly unrelated
fast for 16 hours every day
eat 1200kcal in the 8 hour eating window
this is all

Yes if you wish to destroy your health in process. 1kg a month is best possible fat loss rate you can hope for without starving yourself.

I don't understand this post, sorry. Not good with English. What does "fasting for 16 hours" mean?
>>25333020
Yes. I've lost 40kg in 10 months before. Cardio and keto is all you need.

not eating anything caloric. you can drink plain coffee and water, but no juices, no cream in your coffee, no milk. running in the morning can boost the speed of weight loss.

disregard this nigger
i used to lose 3-4kg per month, not counting the water weight.
>>25333020
Yeah, if you're fat.
It just depends on the balance between the amount of exercising and the amount of eating that you want.

>not eating anything caloric.
so a shitty advice, ok, thanks. Next!

OP the /fit/ sticky IS helpful. You should rally read it. But yes, 45 lbs in 6-7 months is easily possible.

This anon doesn't know what he's talking about. You can drop about 10lbs a month pretty safely/reliably. More if you're really fat when starting out. Earlier this year I lost about 30 lbs in 2 months. That was probably pretty unhealthy, though, and a lot of that came from a major episode of depression where I lost 15 lbs in under 3 weeks. Don't do that.
But 45 lbs over 6 months? Easily doable and at a very comfortable pace. I know it sounds like a meme, but WEIGHTLOSS is all about counting calories. Actually body composition (fat/muscle/etc) requires proper counting of calories and carefully eating the right types of food and lifting etc. Just shedding weight though all you need to do is eat less. Good luck.

same question but how long to gain that amount?

I lost 30lbs in 2 months. The after effects kind of fucked up my body for a good two weeks, but it ended up leveling itself out.

Do cold showers actually provide any sort of weight loss benefit or is this just a meme?
>>25333113
you are not following, shitso, 16 hours fast, 8 hours eating window
is it that hard to process?
stay fat, please. if you were really interested in losing weight you would have researched into it.

I just lost 4kgs in a month and I didn't even diet hard and holidays included, so you can easily lose 20 kgs in 6 months. Maybe even less if you also do cardio and eat about 1300 calories a day. And don't forget muh proteins if you take the gym way
>>25333154
more vitamine b complex
more minerals
more plain carbs
you're well on your way
if you feel sick when you overeat and you can't get over that feeling you're but a vagina
>>25333053
do this
You can go lower if you want, 1000, 800, 500, the lower you go and exercise the quicker you'll lose weight.
People who say you should only lose 1-2lbs a week are retarded, if you are overweight or obese should be dropping double that.

staying out when its cold for an hour or two while walking or jogging is beneficial. standing and not doing anything will make your body use energy just to stay warm.
