circadian rhythm is strongly linked to when you eat. If you fast for 48 hours then eat a meal when you want to be waking up, your body will see that as morning

staying up for 24 hours doesn't work, I was NEET for 3 years and tried that at least 3 times a week. Once I stayed up for 36 hours and jesus I was seeing shit. The best thing you can do is get a job.
Skip sleep for a day and go to sleep at your new desired sleep time try to keep maintain that scheduled for a week or so and it should come natural after that

Put an alarm at the time you want to wake up, that way you'll be sleepier at night and you'll adapt.
