What's a good hobby to meet girls and friends then?
I'm pretty much forced into coding as a hobby because of my job, but I think I have room for one more

Working at an animal shelter is a good thing to do but it isn't a hobby.
If you normally like alone stuff but want to turn it into group stuff you should see if your library has any book groups or something.
