I fucked up my sleep schedule and now I'm a vampire. Worst part is that I can only eat two meals at night without bothering my parents. I'm thinking about staying awake all night, and all throughout the next day. I'll get so tired I'll have to sleep at night and get back on track.

Got the exact same issue OP trying the full clock reset now. The worst part is when my mum tries to force me to go to bed as if that will fix anything.
