Now that's pretty hard. I don't like the idea of buying land somewhere and living there since then people know where you are. Best case scenario would be running off somewhere and being declared dead. Obviously living off the land is hard as hell(depending on the location). Also it's hard to even pick a location that is secluded enough. I'm planning something like that, but I'm still in the planning phase.

Just save enough cash to live on, get a cheap room somewhere in a small town, get groceries delivered, fuck it's simple.
That's my plan, btw. The income piece of the puzzle is the most difficult. You need to save a lot of money.

Rent small piece of land with nothing on it but your tent/van. May cost about 50 a month to rent it. Maybe even less. Also, 30ish dollars more will get you unlimited 2g in Murika. Add EBT to this and you are already there, if frugal enough to take from public restrooms, without spending even 100 a month.
