I feel you. My stomach makes weird sounds constantly but I don't have any urge to fill it

I'm forcing myself to eat less. Food has ruined my life and every time I attempt to eat healthy it back fires. I've accepted the fact that I'll never have a healthy relationship with food, therefore, I will not eat anything at all. Wish me luck.
