I think everyone has a point in their life when they worry about what happens after death. When you realize that you have to die someday, it becomes difficult to accept. I even thought about spending my life studying neurology and computer engineering to find out how to store consciousness.
But at some point, you just accept that life is what it is and you should do what you want with the time you have.
That hasn't happened for me yet, I still want to store my brain in a machine.
Why are we so obsessed with meaning?
I never got these feels, I guess because I was raised by atheist parents so I never had a moment in my life when I thought maybe my religion was wrong and maybe life is just meaningless and nothing happens after you die, thats just been obvious since I ever considered it
