There is no way to fix the lives of the people who are already fucked, but we can prevent it in the future by taking steps to prevent children from being born into dysfunctional households. There is no fail-safe method, but to ignore the issue is worse than trying. People should be screened for mental illness/measurable forms of stupidity and in the final line of questioning, which is arbitrary, they will be secretly sterilized via radiation.
It's obvious bait, but it's still a nice reminder that there are people out there that actually think like this.
