Is anyone else here just unexplainably tired as fuck? Like I legitimately want a job and want to be productive but my body feels weak and limp 24/7 and I feel like fainting half the day. It literally feels like I have a parasite in my body draining 90% of my energy. I try to eat good and work out and I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and my eyes are completely black and my face is pale and sunken.
Every time I see my friends or people working i just think how the fuck do they have energy. I need 12 hours of sleep just to have enough energy to be able to get out of bed and those fuckers wake up when the salve master tells them to and they still have like 8x more energy than I ever will.
Do I have cancer? It's literally always been like this I've missed out on my entire life just trying to catch up on sleep.

>do I have cancer?
Fucking kekd. Don't think so anon, just sounds like severe depression.
Source: I feel the exact same

See your doctor, get some blood tests/a sleep study done. I had the exact experience as you and I ended up having sleep apnea and narcolepsy.

This, although depression is more of a mental fatigue than physical. For me at least. The fainting part sounds bad though. Might want to get that checked out OP

Yup, do what this anon said. I was tested last November and got diagnosed with narcopleps.im going until the adderall kills me

I get what you're saying but if you're mentally fatigued it becomes hard for your body to have energy. Like a small workout for me is a monumental effort.

sounds like depression but there could be a physiological cause to it as well. i would recommend getting a blood test and check your iron level, testosterone, etc.
i felt pretty much the same way and sometimes you kind of have to fake it until you make it. i just willed myself to get up and go out and do stuff and just by doing that it seemed like i eventually didn't have to force myself and it just became natural and not as much of a chore.
