What is sadness?
Having to work on Christmas, stop to buy beer and Chinese food on your way home and eat/drink while watching anime until you fall asleep.

But desu maybe "angry" isn't the right word. "Euphoric" is perhaps a better way to put it.
No, I don't think it's healthy. I think it's basically the same state as depression since it recedes when I do something productive. But otherwise I'm always as pic related.
Being sad is good sometimes.
Being sad is unavoidable.
Now being depressed....

When you're sad, at least you know it's you that's sad. You are still in control. When you're depressed, you just don't know what's wrong.
