Only time I do is when there is something wrong with my mouth. Such as: Gums growing over a tooth so it hurts, toothache, or its just been too long since I brushed so I want to make it feel clean again.
I literally just can't get myself to do it daily, and people do it twice normally. I brush like 1~2 times a month... It doesn't help that my dentist and orthodontist told me I have strong teeth.
Whatever though haven't gone to teeth doctors in forever either.
I did this for you so you understand why you should at least care for your tendies chompers when you need them.

I brush and mouthwash weekly. It takes me about 50ish minutes to do it because I'm kinda slow and I want to get every angle.
I floss daily though, most of the time.
