In my experience it's pretty bad. I thought losing my virginity (happened at 24) would make the pain lessen, but what really happened is it showed me how much more having meaningless sex is. I realized I don't crave sex at all as much as I do the deep emotional connection you get with a healthy relationship. Unfortunately I don't see it happening with me, I have so many mental issues that prevent me forming healthy relationships with women, and an almost complete lack of faith in them following through with not letting me down, I don't know what to do.
