I got a solid 20 days of NEET before I start my new job. What should I do/learn while I am locked up inside my house all alone?
WWII is cool and I've been watching documentaries on WWII, revolutionary war and civil wars. I also started watching Yuri Yuri and playing Dirty Bomb on steam.

You can learn the basics for half a dozen languages in 20 days if you push yourself a bit. If you have a good memory you can just spend three hours a day reading up on German or some other shit language and a have a few phrases memorized down in that time. Duolingo is alright for starter level stuff since it pronounces shit for you.
On the other hand you could go for a two week bender and spend all your money on booze and pizza.
