I don't get by my anxiety. I just stay away from situations that cause it to explode

Drugs. Xanax is great. Its like being lost at sea without anything but the clothes on your back. Youre tired and you just want to stop treading water and give up. Then suddenly a yacht comes along filled with food and drink. You have it all to yourself and you never have to leave as long as youre high. The withdrawal is literally JUST.

I avoid situations that trigger it.
avoid any situation that involves stress, as a result I live at home with my parents, without a job or friends.
it's a scary feel, everything is overwhelming
