why do women "lift" like this? it truly does nothing.
i've gone to a ton of gyms over the years and see 9/10 men in freeweights. theyre also usually the ones using the barbell to do squats. yesterday i saw a girl doing bench presses with 10 pound dumbbells and i felt sad.
why? why don't women try weightlifting? i see so many skinnyfats on the tredmill. i see a lot of big luscious asses online but not nearly as much IRL.
They want to get toned, so they fill the need to do little sissy exercises over the bigger lifts. If they do the big three, they'll feel like they'll add too much muscle, and strength; in reality they don't have the testosterone to get to our level.
