Just eat less, weight loss is fucking easy when you're fat. All it takes is one less snack a day and it falls off.

Eat less. It's harder if you have do the following: continue a habit where you eat unconsciously, don't keep peers you have something to do with each other, have higher priorities you have to work around, go cold turkey (as opposed to reasonably & gradually losing weight), stay around people who eat a lot.
