Here's things women do when they have long hair

You can see why maintaining long hair would be annoying, kind of a chore in your daily life. So, there are women such as myself who get sick of it and chop it all off on a whim thinking that "this is going to be a disaster because not everyone can pull this off." The truth is that pretty much any woman can "pull off" short hair as long as they are mildly attractive. There isn't a certain face shape for it or something, it's just about having a good enough face that you can expose more without your face looking even uglier than it already did. You use long hair to hide ugly things about your face a lot (zits, huge forehead, etc.)
Of course, there are some who just choose to have long hair because they enjoy it but most of the time women who refuse to ever try short hair at any point in their life are either very very insecure or extremely vain. There is always some rebelling point where a girl gets really sick of her long hair and thinks about cutting it off, some of them never do, usually they are too focused on their own looks to even consider it.

Long hair is really not that much of a burden. My hair reaches my lower back. It takes 3 minutes to shampoo and condition it in the shower, 2 to brush it, and then I'm out the door. My hair is naturally straight, but even if it wasn't it would take 10 minutes tops to straighten it (probably less). Occasionally the wind knocks it out of place but since I'm not an aspiring statue, I don't give a fuck if it's not perfectly placed around my skull at all times. I don't see why some women like to exaggerate about how hard it is to be a woman because of the beauty regimen they feel obligated to follow.

Nah, short hair implies a lazy woman just like long hair implies a lazy man. There are shorter haircuts that women choose because they're flattering, same with men that grow their hair out because they can pull it off. But a girl who says 'long hair is so much of a hassle that I cut it off' is too lazy to take care of her hair properly.
I can't stand girls who complain about their hair being tangly or unmanageable. I'm black, with curly curly hair. It's thick, but the individual hairs are very thin and break easily. Every time I do my hair, it's an ordeal, but I'm still growing it out because I know that the effort is worth it, to have long, healthy hair.
I get sick of my hair sometimes, but usually it's because I've gotten lazy and let it get tangled/dry. Now that my hair is longer than it's ever been before, I'm glad that I took the time to grow it out, cut off the damage, and take care of it.
