Don't buy into the gear jewing.
A reliable analog amp with sufficient volume, be it ss or tube (prefer the former - lighter to carry), fx-processor for tuner, wah, and chorus (sorted in importance), and two guitars is all you need.

One could use the fx processor most of the time and plug into pa but I personally dislike the weird feel they have to the gain. Just doesn't feel right.
>>
>>25294593
Nigger please all I have is a shitty starter pack, don't tell me to buy two guitars and a shitton of pedals when I don't even have a proper amp to speak of.

Yeah seriously don't let the gear kikes get to you.

Get a guitar from Rondo Music, an amp from Carvin or Bugera, and use Joyo or Mooer for any pedals you might need.

My only complaint with the bugera is the tubes they ship with will probably fail in the first 24 hours forcing you to lug the amp back to the shop to get them replaced. And the fact that I bought a dual reverb clone of all the amps I could.

Rondo Music guitars need a lot of work before being decent, not mentioning there's absolutely no customer support if you're outside of the US, Bugera is basically having something that sounds acceptable while having the risk of it failing or even catching fire if it's an old one, and Joyo/Mooer pedals are usually brittle or suck your tone out. If you want cheap gear, just buy used, don't buy chink shit.

>>25294942
The 112 is made in china, the 212 was made in USA and usually sells for the same price.
>>
>>25294947
>le common brands are le bad

my axe was made in the fuji factory faggot, its solid shit. peavey is a damned good company that puts out good products again and again.

mesa's speaker cabs are unmatched in the same price range

Trying to play a bit of this bad boy. I can do the first two riff bits but then, as ever, the solo eludes me completely.

>>
>>25294959
Yeah thats why Carvin is preferable to Bugera, but Bugera is still really good if you're an extreme poorfag

>>25294942
Meh. You can get a 212 (tube) with the same wattage from Carvin $100.
Or, even better, you could not let yourself fall for the Jewish tube meme and get a 212 ss amp for like $350

when you go from solid state to tube, its like going from a 4 inch dick to an 8 inch dick. you cant really go back
>>
>>25294994
Yeah you're right about the US thing. Probably best to go a different route if you aren't in Burgerland. However I do disagree with you about Rondo guitars being shit out of the box. Most guitars that are shipped straight from the factory usually require the standard set up like truss rod and saddle tweaking, so that doesn't count.
>>
>>25295059

>>
>>25294994
the 212s are no longer in production. they're getting snatched up pretty quick i thought, and the maintenance on them is going to be a thing because they're so old

>>
>>25294998
>>25295059
I really feel bad for you guys. Falling for ridiculous kike memes. Most common brands were putting out really solid gear back in the day, but now they've gotten lazy and coast on brand recognition while putting out products that are gradually lower in quality then the previous years models. Not to mention the fact that the big box stores only stock the big brands, so most people aren't even aware of the other options.
>>
>>25295059

That's not true. Fags who believe that usually jump from small chip amp to >mom get me a mesa
Not even taking into account skill growth.
>>
>>25291973
Anyone else here /upright bass/ here?
>>
>>25294994
Also there's literally nothing wrong with Joyo and Mooer. Yeah there are a few lemons but if you do your research you'll realize that a lot of their pedals are just exact clones of popular pedals that are waaay more expensive than they should be.

Never again. Stupid chinkpotmetal floyd rose and mudfest pickups. Even the fretwork was not much better than the squier bullet it replaced. Getting cucked out of my money for that black turd with "fades away if you look at it" dark chrome covering every metal part still feels disgraceful.

Yep. I have two Ibanez Bass Workshop basses, they were alright when I bought them, but for the price they're extremely underwhelming. They were both around $900-$1000 and an extreme waste of money. My girlfriend has a $150 Daisy Rock guitar that I enjoy playing more than these

I really do not like them to be honest, for reasons I've explained elsewhere itt.
I have a really sweet Violin Bass (pic related) on the way in the mail, and soon I'm going to try and cop a good ole J-Bass. I started on one and it was lovely and I'd really like to get one again soon.

What amps and pedals do u use?

It's not about being a fanboy, it's about not being a retard, who spends a thousand bucks on an instrument without even trying it ?
>>
>>25295629
If you weren't retarded you would have read my other posts to see that I am complaining because a proper set up revealed the flaws in the fretwork.

So many manufactures ship out instruments with mile-high action to cover up shoddy fretwork.
>>
>>25295687
I had played one previously and thought it was alright. I shouldn't have assumed that it would be fine with lower action, however.
