constantly. I've tried a myriad of skin products, washing my face 3x a day with soap and water, 2x, then 3x - 2x soap/water, 1x water, 3x - 2x water, 1x soap/water. I've tried changing my bed sheets every night. I've tried vitamins. I've tried sleep.
I think maybe it's stress. I'm always pretty stressed, even when I'm not in school or employment.

have you tried changing your shower filter? soft water usually helps with acne. depending on where your acne is, it could be stress/hormonal or it could be you just not caring for your skin properly

honestly there isn't much I haven't tried other than going to a doctor. you've no idea.

i mean go to a doctor like 100% that is the only way to get your skin sorted. myself, i've been to probably like a dozen doctors and none have helped in the past, although i managed to sort my skin out for a couple of years myself with an unhealthy mix of birth control. now that i'm off it i've kind of started out my journey all over again and shit sux.
try accutane, if your acne has nothing to do w/ hormone levels/stress, it should work. my current doctor tells me that massive amounts of chin acne is a sign that your hormone levels are out of whack.
