My entire life I've always cringed and shut down when people try to talk to me about cars, sports, drinking or relationships. I don't think I'm just being contrary to the normies for the sake of it, because I've had this feeling for as long as I can remember. Anyone else have this?

Thats it. You can either try to kill yourself or find people to talk to but you'll find that people who think like you and me are usually bitter/a rich asshole/a recluse.
