Serious question for American robots.
I heard that the finals over there are mostly just multiple choice questions?
Is this for real?

Depends on the class but I've only ever had multiple choice exams in large lecture halls where there were 100+ students per section but that only happens in basic general education classes. Also, sometimes those multiple choice questions are accompanied by a short answer or essay section.

I didn't even have only multiple choice exams in community college. There were always at least ten short answer and at least one essay question

you posted a picture from scrubs so ill give you some input because i was a med student at a US MD school for a semester -- dropped out because i hated it.
yes, our exams were multiple choice. but they were hard as fuck. also, USMLE licensing exams are also multiple choice. they are also hard as fuck. just because an exam is multiple choice doesn't mean it's easy.
but >90% of the exams i took in undergrad were fill in the blank or essay.
