Kinda in the same boat, no personal relationships with females. I can interact with them normally though but only as school/workmates or acquaintances as part of a group.
When I was kindergarten aged, all my friends away from my neighborhood were girls and when I brought them home to play I got pretty heavily bullied about it by my brother and friends so it kinda made me put off about dealing with girls on a personal level when I entered school and never got out of it. Kinda difficult to start from a completely fresh plate after you've shut yourself out of something for most of your life.

Most fucked up thing about it is that I know it was just the most basic kid shit that should not be affecting me as an adult but since I got no positive reinforcement as a kid to deal with it better I grew into it and I've been stuck since.
It sow the seed of uncertainty of what is socially unacceptable in my head that turned into instinct about obsessively protecting myself from social ridicule that is the root of my crippling anxiety about dealing with any more complex social situation and I stay away from people.
