I'm pretty picky with the girls I swipe, so it proves that some girls do swipe right too.. however there is one issue. No a single girl has messaged me first from all of these matches.
Not only has no a single girl messaged me first, but most won't acknowledge regular conversation starters (saying hi isn't enough for these ego-stroking bitches).
I have probably had about 8 girls respond overall, and one I had a good conversation with and gave me her number. She also didn't hide the fact she slept around a lot, so it wasn't a huge win and I never followed through with it.

tl;dr - The vast majority of girls on tinder just want attention and expect guys to go act like trained monkeys for their entertainment. They are shallow, lack conversation skills or just have nothing between the ears.
