Some people just weren't gonna make it I guess.

Women are smaller and their bodies consume less energy
Yet portion sizes are uniform no matter what the sex or size of the person who's eating any given meal may be
And normal people don't eat just because they're hungry anymore, it's more like a social ritual to them
So you have women who care less about exercising or dieting now that they're snagged their guy, who eat as much as men do despite having lower calorie requirements

It's more of a theory than an actual stance
Also I think your observation is bullshit but I thought it would be fun to try to rationalize it anyway
Men and women both get fucking ugly as they age and continue engaging in food culture while giving fewer fucks about their bodies
