Except I have actual goals and motivations which my mental state keeps me from pursuing. I'm anything but depressed, I want to live and enjoy life but my massive autism and anxiety prevents me from doing anything at all other than sitting in my room and practicing. It's completely fucking maddening and I've never had any doctor even as much as address this.
