chads and stacies running around, new records being broken for the heat, summer break means everyone's blowing cash on new shit, fashion is thriving as people dont have to throw coats on every good shirt, you're free to either go out and have fun or stay indoors and feel as if you've got an infinite amount of days to waste

winters are cringeworthy tho
winter break is too short, the nights are long and there's barely any sunlight which is depressing af, it's all just building up to one shitty day called christmas, you have to spend time with family and pretend to be a child again and act as if you're living in some happy little sitcom, you have to watch the same shitty christmas films over and over again because your parents don't know what a decent film looks like, you have to wear shitty clothes and sweaters ironically, and january rolls around and you're already begging for april and spring and to feel alive again
