Is anybody else here a looks theorist (believer that looks are the main part of female attraction)?
I honestly don't believe aspergers is a big negative trait in males, the halo effect will make a good-looking male seem to have better personality traits than he actually does. A 6'2+ big-framed, muscular, thick-boned, handsome-faced man will seem cool no matter what he does.

Being extremely attractive will trump nearly any negative trait in anyone. But it's a fact that generally, looks aren't necessarily the only or most important thing to a woman. There are other 'paths' for women to experience legitimate sexual attraction, and that can include confidence, power, social status, dominance, being funny, fame, etc etc. These traits can compensate for his appearance. The reverse isn't true for men, who might have lower standards but only have one 'path' to experiencing attraction, which is looks, and they can't be compensated for.

I think women are more forgiving of bad looks than men 2bh. I often see hot girls with ugly guys but rarely the other way around. Not saying they don't care about looks at all because I think both genders rate it higher than personality. Smell, too.
