how ffs can i stop squeezing pimples?
i started going to the dermatologist, who presribed me many medicines for acne, actually ive noticed a huge improvment with my skin and pimple problems, but still can't help stoping myself from squeezing those fuckers everytime fucking time when i look in mirror
the best thing that my current acne doesnt include big red pimples but small black/white heads which are almost impossible to notice but still have inner need for squeezing them

Find a better way to occupy your time e.g. push-ups, drink water, etc.

i do everything everything from list that you mentioned but at the end i always find a time (sometimes it even turns into two hours) for standing in front of mirror and squeezing those annoying fuckers ;_;
