I know the feel. Last time I did MDMA was very sad.

I get that as well to a certain extent, but I have naturally large pupils so it doesn't make too much of a difference. A lot of times I've been out with my friends and they've thought that I was on sometimes because my pupils had just gone big for no reason haha
As for the other stuff.
I have no idea about Vapor rub at all.
Supposedly if you have orange juice before you take magic mushrooms, it makes you trip harder. Not really with MD though
