good luck man. i lost 75lbs in 2015 just by eating better and walking 8-10K steps every day. i recommend making minor changes at first because if you go overboard and try to do too much it's a lot harder to maintain and you'll eventually just give up like 95% of people that start any diet & exercise plan.
