I know, it may be a funny joke but it's also very true. The manager of where we work kept asking to open at 11am yesterday in line with most other shops and because nobody would be out. The head office people demanded we open at 9 because it wasn't technically a bank holiday, and we ended up having one customer in those extra two hours. They knew that would happen.
