98% of the board is people making posts like that back and forth, the vast majority being at least slightly tongue-in-cheek. why that one post? just because it's the one that came across the report queue while the retard mod was in a certain mood?
it's just senseless, bad site design, but it's also creepy that people WANT to moderate that way. if i were moderating a forum based on my random whims of the moment as to what constitutes a joke or banter and what constitutes shitposting, i'd take a step back and question my own fallibility
