I feel like this would cause more problems than it would solve.
and i have been ok at suppression in prior months, but lately i have just been imagining horrible shit at times and enduring lots of incoherent yelling from the other voice that sounds like i inside my head. i don't believe i am in any danger, i just need some coping skills.
