I did it during the past 6 months, by did it I mean got a whiteboard well high on adderall. Good times, really cleared my head out by just writing stuff down and thinking about things that I was obsessing over. Now I can function like a normie without the baggage and unorganized head.

Conventional "autism" is refering to mental retardation, which is a disease. "Aspergers" however is a bullshit faux diagnosis which gets misapplied deliberately on otherwise perfectly healthy people.
